Our health insurance offering is administered by Oxford Healthcare which has one of the largest networks of medical providers in the tri-state area and a variety of low-deductible plans to meet the needs of a diverse team. Tradewind assumes the cost of 79-99% of all healthcare premiums.

Dental and Vision Insurance

In addition to a competitive healthcare offering, we have dental insurance through Aetna and our vision plan through Vision Service Program (VSP) with 100% of premiums paid for by Tradewind.

Employee Equity Program and 401k Plan

We invest in our team and give employees the opportunity to invest in Tradewind by offering equity grants to new hires and also offer the opportunity to enroll in our 401(k) program administered by Vanguard
